We are Firelli Ortiz and Óscar Ciencia, a duo that combines creative strategy and technical execution to design projects with intention.

The Peoplelogist was born from a simple idea: selling isn't about convincing, it's about connecting. We created a space where active listening is the starting point and where objects, services, and experiences function as bridges between people.

Firelli leads the narrative, strategy, and creative direction: translating the essence of a proposal into messages that resonate without being imposing. Óscar leads operations, systems, and technology: turning that vision into a seamless and well-executed experience (from e-commerce to processes). Together, we curate pieces and design workshops that encourage a return to the essentials: being present, conversing, learning, playing, and writing.

We work collaboratively: when a project requires it, we activate a curated network of professionals (coaches, developers, artists) to provide a comprehensive, realistic and responsible service.

Le Jardémentaire

and the silent beauty of contrast.

Le Jardémentaire was born as a spontaneous artificial intelligence storytelling exercise, inspired by an image of the Élémentaire chair in the middle of a forest. The yellow one, my favorite. Perhaps because of its joy, perhaps because in its simplicity I saw the beginning of something bigger.

I imagined the chair at the end of winter: alone, in a gray room bathed in soft light. A minimalist, industrial, and sustainable design piece. Then, in that silence, nature begins to grow. Flowers and vines slowly appear, bringing with them a feeling: love is growing. A new season begins.

Le Jardémentaire is a dance between the structured and the organic, between human precision and the wild poetry of nature. An unexpected garden where cold and spring, containment and abundance coexist.
