The promise of spring, piece by piece.
Maguelone du Fou lives in Provence and paints like someone who knows how to look slowly: with light, with detail, with a palette that transforms the everyday into something worth observing. Her work has appeared in the pages of Le Monde, Vanity Fair, and the Financial Times, and in projects for Hermès, Chanel, and Le Bon Marché. When she paints flowers, she also paints the feeling they evoke.
In Little Mimosa, that feeling is one of the first warm days: a bouquet of mimosas in a blue and white striped vase, golden against blue, luminous and still at the same time. A simple composition that needs no justification.
Between 15 and 20 hours to complete it. Enough time for painting to stop being a task and become its own rhythm.
Who is it for?
For those who want a beautiful object that they have also made with their own hands. For those looking for a gift with a real artist behind it. For those who need an activity that occupies the hands and calms the rest.
